“Do not life to sport ‘football’, but sport to life”,
this is the important slogan before talking about soccer affairs ‘sport’.
There are many interesting problems, when we talk about football. Not only in big countries, but also in little countries like in our country ‘Indonesia’. Our soccer affairs year to year is not developing, on the contrary decreasing. That makes a big question in our mind.
As we know that whereas in the reality, Indonesia have been increasing some competitions. Begin of the lowest competition until the highest competition. And also some teams have been transfer the foreign players from other countries. But, our soccer affairs do not be well. Shouldly, we do not need to transfer the foreign player, we only need to create and appear the talent player from inside, not from outside. Don’t rightfully proud to foreign player, but we have to give priority to our football player own.
According to resource person (Mr. Sumardi), to improve our nation soccer affairs develop, the football player have to fight, not for salary. Because, that is causing many sponsors really unwilling to give their support for football teams.
Indonesia soccer affairs also over and over organize a competition with abroad. So that, the player gets many experiences also various of tactics, tricks in a football games.
In other hand, PSSI own also must be held by person which like with football, not person which like with business. There are the problems that must be stopped and be corrected by our country, quickly and seriously.
Why our soccer affairs is always lose with abroad?
As long as, our soccer affairs never get achievement until international graduate, moreover only in ASEAN graduate can not include. That is caused by some factors, and “the first factor which influence is discipline”, Mr. Fuad said.
It is as sketch that’s why our soccer affairs is always lose with abroad. We can take the example from abroad about the discipline. Abroad, the coach also the football player is discipline to exercise and also be accompanied seriously.
We have to know our misunderstanding that our mistake are considering the foreign football player as the high quality football player in our country (nation team). Shouldly, we are transfer the foreign football player only as the example or as the comparison with our football player. So that we can make our football player to be better.
We never check our football competition in previous as the lesson for future. In fact, we do not care with all and now we get the consequence.
Have we become an athletic nation?
In one side, football is benefit because make the devisen of a country increase. Beside that, football also makes the country be broken. In the reality, we have not become an athletic nation yet. Because the real effect is our football never get achievement again in ASEAN graduate ‘SEA GAMES’, but we have been hard work to get it.
The fighting spirit for football player own still needs many types of manure.
In this time, an athletic nation is absolutely little person, until there is nothing again in our country. To make us become an athletic nation is difficult point, we need many supporter from many sectors.
And the football player can be called as an athletic nation when they have nationalist soul to their country.
How to improve our soccer affairs?
It is really difficult for us, but wily nilly we have to improve our soccer affairs to be better. So that, future it can make our country famous and go forward. Begin from the internal factor and then external factor, the example of internal factor is the management of PSSI own, it have to change with good infrastructure and more reasonable.
And to recruit the football player, we hope that the committee can start early. And then, they can be exercised specially.
From explanation above we can take the conclusion that now, our soccer affairs is being attack violently by many problems. Not only in football player, PSSI own, but also in many sectors that relate with soccer affairs in our country 'Indonesia'.
And all of that always need correction and improvement to be better, it need long time to process it. But, when we want to hard work to our country in the end we will get the benefits. So, automatically our country will improve be better than before with new face.
In the soccer affairs, a player football have to professional and creative in his expert. The professionalism do not see whatever, wherever the job which be experted. When a player football have been getting it, they will get the success thing one. All of that are same with the sentence "the right man, in the right place".
